Release The Suspect

If you do not have all of the following information, then you should make the decision NOW to release the subject. Review the prosecution's evidence, it must prove the following:

If you look at the facts and decide you do not have sufficient evidence to prosecute, then release the suspect. All you have to say is, "I'm sorry to have inconvenienced you, but we must investigate all these types of reports."
